I can not give a possum away and the are selling it for big money. What gives? I bet that website is a fake, like "Manbeef.com", years ago. Most likely the same person doing this; and besides it is illegal to sell wild game.

COTTON: I have had beaver before on numerous occasions and it has a taste you will remember for ever. I never paid for the beaver I ate and as far as smoked I have never tried that although I generally enjoy smoking a cigarette after I ate the beaver.

It looks like it is 100% real. laist.com/2015/01/08/anshu_pathak_lion_meat_exotic_meat_riverside.php#photo-1www.facebook.com/pages/Exotic-Meat-Market-Inc/156936877702974I think state laws vary on what parts you can an cannot sell. I didn't see anything listed in California about not selling coyote or beaver meat that has been trapped during trapping season, only that you could not sell animals that were trapped for depredation purposes out of season. His disclaimer is here "Our Trapper works for Wildlife Enforcement department personally, so he understands the law LOUD and CLEAR. If you have any questions related to our Bobcat Meat, please contact us by e-mail at exoticmeatmarketinc@aol.com and we will provide you information in writing. City, County, State and Federal agencies are welcome to come in person to verify our source of meats in person without giving us prior notice." As for the woodcock and wild duck, it looks like he is getting it from private estates in England and Scotland. Dunno if you are allowed to sell them in the U.S if you have proof they are from overseas or how that works. Obviously, you can farm raise wood ducks and mallards and other wild fowl to sell the meat as well. He is pretty transparent about all this, so I am going to guess if he was breaking the law he would have been caught by now, especially being based out of California. Very impressive selection for sure.
