Probably a fine arrow. Think I'll get by with something a liitle less expensive though, whitetails aren't that tough. Ouch.

They would solve the straightness issues with carbons, but if you were that focused on it, why not just buy some super slam aluminums? virtually nothing is straighter, and they are a heckuva lot cheaper!
I'm sure they are great arrows, but what a price.
I'm not sure what I'm going to use this year. I used cheap carbons the last three years, but I really checked them thoroughly. I have some gold tip carbons, but I want to run them over rollers before I commit. I'm feeling picky this year; if nothing passes muster, I may go with aluminums.

I'll stick with my Easton Carbonearos. The deer don't know the difference.

Yeah, after replacing the fletching on almost a dozen XX75 2514's today, I will stick with them awhile myself.
btw, anyone know an easier way to DE-fletch an arrow other than scraping?
Just downloaded the spine calculator from Easton. Its neat. Of course, it stops 18 lbs short of where my bow is set, but its neat as all get out.
If anything, I will probably go with the SS 2613's next time I buy arrows. I have no complaints with the easton aluminums. I still have some carbons I bought years ago, barely used. Might one day try out some of those FOB's on them.

I just got some Carbon Express Terminator Hunter Select Lites, so far I am more than a little happy with them. Shows the weaknesses of my older bow...but I like em...great flite.
best part was i got some special fletchings put on that are made for whisker biskits, a little more rigid, and WOW are they the cats pajamas. Savage makes them if i remember correctly, they are BA...

I have heard and like either a patatoe pealer or I use a box knife with a carpet hook blade. It is late and my spelling is real bad.
