I saw they knocked off Mich. Last night. I hope they can land Hunter Johnson for the Football team.

Friends and their Dad walked down a long time ago. It would be something most folks will never do. I think I would stay off the helicopters, they seem to have an abnormally accident rate. Not for the feint of heart would be to walk out on the glass over the edge.

I am favoring north due to less people. But not set Don't try hiking down and back if you haven't prepared for the hike. Flatlanders find themselves in a lot of trouble out west. The trip back out is a lot harder than the trip in. Be sure to take ample hydration supplies. If you are out in the heat, 1 gatorade for every 2-3 quarts of water. It is arid out there, so you'll be sweating me than you realize. Consider riding burros down into the canyon. The north run had the glass walkway that you can walk out over the canyon. I don't know if it's changed, but you used to have to book whitewater rafting trips down the Colorado a year or more in advance. I've never been to the north rim. I went to the south rim in 1997. It's pretty awesome.
