A client asked me if I would shoot some deer on his farm, he's not had the time to do much hunting last few years and the deer are eating the flowers around the house, and if he doesn't fence off the garden they will eat it down to the ground. He might end up getting some depredation tags next year, it all depends on what he finds out when he's out in the fields this fall. I know of a couple of families that can use the meat, so nothing will be wasted. So, I might break this out of the safe and see how it does at less than 300 yds. (or maybe more, I guess it depends on where the deer are at) It's legal now for private property. It'd be just the ticket for when the crops are out of the field, I can set up right by the barn and cover a LOT of ground.

Here's your comment finally. Lol.
If he needs that many deer harvested, and tags are lean this year, you can always count on me. 😁 You know that I can shoot, got a 270win or 300wm that will reach out there a little ways, and hungry mouths to feed. Lifetime license holder, hunter ed certified, ethical, safe, and loyal, what more could you ask for? 😂
Good luck in your new endeavor this season!

Thanks. I'll keep that in mind. He's as bad as Harry about not wanting strangers on the property - they've owned the property for more than 165 years..........................

Not "stangers" just strange. :-)
I hope all goes well and you can fulfill his desires, or he'll let you bring some extra tags along to get the job done.
