I guess I should camera the clover I planted in the logging clearings. Either mine didn't grow, got zapped by one of the cold snaps, or it's getting eaten as fast as it's growing. I didn't plant it for deer. It was clearly planted for bugs to encourage turkey to nest on the farm next spring and the deer need to respect that and leave it alone.

Clover is just about the best all around food plot planting there is. It's a solid feed source from spring green up and they continue to use it until you after a couple serious hard freezes.
