" Americans bought an estimated 12,141,032 guns. This is just less than the 13,199,172 likely gun sales that occurred in all of 2019. "
Figure a box or more of ammo with each sale and it is no wonder the shelves are empty.

Me, too. But I was already planning to get another 45/70 to convert into another smokeless muzzleloader for my daughter. The CVA Scout v2 ended up being heavier than the Encore with the 45/70 barrel that I had converted several years back. So I am going to let her carry the Encore and I will pack the CVA. That was the Encore's breech plug that you just converted from vent liner screws to the tungsten bushing.

It was a Savage II plug, but installed in an Encore 45/70 barrel. Thanks for getting rid of the vent liner screws!

You would think Remington could make some good money from at least selling ammo. Hopefully they wouldnt screw that up

I had FTFs in some Remington factory 30-30 and 35 Rem. I had other Hornady and Federal ammo with me that had zoro problems. When I reloaded again I had no problems. This was in new to me guns so I was suspected some rifle issues. I felt the primers were not seated proper.

Never had much luck with the rest of their ammo out of my guns. Heck, the Winchester slugs even shot better in my 870 than the Sluggers, 12 & 20 both!

I think there has been plenty of gas tossed on the gun buying fire of late to justify those sorts of numbers.....only going to get worse until the election is over..... The anti gunners want them banned and the pro gunner keep buying more and stocking up and essentially daring the anti-gunners to come and try to take them! We can't get people to wear masks....what possibly thinks that because of a law gun owners are going to willingly turn over their guns?!?!?!? They need to ask the British how well that went over last time!
