I'll bet he doesn't walk out of jail all decrepit and barely walking like he did going in trying to get all the sympathy he could!

Apparently there was evidence allowed that shouldn't have been and as such, Cosby walks and apparently can't be tried again on the charges.

The mistake that the prosecution made here was unimaginable--- so basic that had any of you or I been told a day before the trial, "Congrats, you are Cosby's lawyer"---we could have looked through the files and saw this mistake immediately. It's amazing it took Cosby's lawyers this long to force his release.
You simply can't have an oversight like that; and for good reason. If the court allowed slack procedure like that to stand we'd all be in jail. Unfortunately, it looks like in this case that some absolutely galactic incompetence has set a guilty man free.

You don’t make a deal with someone to make a statement then 10 years later use the statement against them! Duhh No wonder he got out.

No White privilege's here. Cases like this are why I oppose the death penalty most of the time. Had Cos been any working class man he would still be in prison. I just feel that legal issues are an area where having money makes a huge difference.
