The best way to teach your kids about taxes is to eat 25% of their Halloween 🎃 candy.

Don’t know if it’s Covid, a little cold and windy or that I live at the last house on a dead end street that is a LONG hill that deters truck or treaters?
We had a total of TWO youngsters at 4:30 and that was it. Lots of Hershey Chocolates for me now!
I think it’s a lot of the churches doing “Trunk or Treat” where kids can get a sack full in a half hour or less. No more walking 4 or 5 blocks when they can go a couple hundred feet.

In my 19 years living where I'm at, I've only had two trick or treaters. Lol

In my 19 years living where I'm at, I've only had two trick or treaters. Lol I've been here since 2003 and have had the neighbors across the street come over once, that's it.

I've been at my house for 12 years and I've had 0 trick-or-treaters, and that includes the neighbor kids. There's no hill and I'm not the last house in a dead end start ... it's just too easy to go intown to one of the cookie-cutter subdivisions and load up than to come out into the boonies where the houses are spread out.

I've been at my place for 29 years and 0 trick or treaters. Most locals have no clue about the private drive I live on. Even the police and fire department is always surprised when they get a call.
