Be nice if it happens, but I’m not holding my breath. Just a waste of time switching clocks twice a year.

Now let's get Indiana all on the same time. I can look across a field and it is an hours difference.I live on the Pike-Gibson county line.

If this passes, can Indiana switch to Central timezone?

I live in central, but grew up and work in eastern, so that's what I live by. Wife and kid are central. Nice mess.
All I got to say is... I dont care what we go by, just pick one and be done. Geeeesh.

If this passes, can Indiana switch to Central timezone? That's what my vote is for!! This county by county stuff is for the birds. Just think of the more time we'd have for hunting after work we didn't switch. Central time would give everybody more hours after work to hunt.

If this passes, can Indiana switch to Central timezone? NO...not needed IMO! Any reason why you want to switch?

This will be fought against by every school system there is. They endorse the time change because of bus pickups in the dark.
I know our local schools are pretty vocal about that anyway.

Here the kids are picked up AND dropped off in the darkness in the middle of winter. So, unless they shorten the school day there is no way around it.

Not sure why they even run bus here anymore not hardly a kid on them they all get dropped off by mom or dad
I’d rather have one time myself with more daylight towards evening it’s selfish but after time change my deer hunting is over except weekends that and I find it hard to drink beer on the deck in the morning and still go to work that day

The Fall-back time change pretty much puts an end to my after-work hunts. I'd be tickled to see it go away.

Taylor's I am assuming. About 5 miles if it is. I had a lot of fun in that bar before it became so civilized. Taylor who doesn't own it anymore is good old boy. He is thinking about buying another restaurant pretty soon not real far from his old bar I have heard.

I've only been there once since the recent owner change and it seemed like the steaks are cut a bit thinner than they used to be. Still tasted great. Wish I knew what was in that seasoning!!
