UPS decided not to ship from any business that sells 80% parts. They said they will destroy any items in transit.

They are avoiding lawsuits for the future. If gun makers and sellers can be held liable for the actions of criminals, so can shippers

Yes they would have the opportunity to lose it or deliver it to the wrong place two things they seem to do constantly I would agree that FedEx sucks, but companies that find UPS won't work with them won't really have much of a choice.
