I thought I would mention this in case anyone was interested in the proliferation of the Bobcat in Southern Indiana.
Last year I caught one on my trailcams. This year I have spotted a bobcat twice on Clifty Falls property. Once while driving out at the end of my shift at 10 PM, a bobcat crossed the road in front of me. Today as I left at 3:00 PM I cam around a curve and one was sitting in the road in broad daylight, licking it's back just like a domestic kitty. He or she was really into it, as I was right on the cat before it looked up and fled. Security has reported seeing a cat in this same spot many times. Another, presumably different cat with some kittens has been seen many times near the north gate.
I understand one was hit by the south gate a couple of years ago.
I suppose, as is the case with many critters, when you see one there are more you don't see.
