I decided to challenge myself with a recipe that required some thinking with a few more ingredients then I normally would use and more prep work then usual.
I made a breakfast/brunch pizza.
Ingredients as follows:
Store bought pie crusts patty sausage chopped into small pieces bacon crispy Hunts tomato paste olive tapenade spinach wilted in butter Portabella caps sauteed in butter with onions green pepper cherry tomatoes 5-eggs
And a few things I can't remember at this time.
The wife gave me 3-THUMBS UP!

Looks outstanding.
Pizza is fun. You control the flavor.
We cook almost everything in cast iron. It's as good as bacon, makes everything tastes better!
