The starting bid of $5,000.. is that a total bid or per acre?

Man that sounds cheep last fall I believe it was 47 acres of woods sold for 8300 per acre it was a nasty woods IMO lots of low swampy ground not really very good timber no power or water
But you could get to it easily unlike that track
Don’t know if it’s true but heard two guys bought it for hunting but sounded odd to me because it backs up to the police and sheriffs rife range not sure that been my first choice
