If a person has his or her hunting license revoked for a certain amount of time due to a violation of a game law in the state of Indiana, can they still legally hunt on property they own?
I have heard different opinions on this matter, and you would be the source for the correct answer.
Thanks

It depends on what the court order says. Some court orders say "hunting privileges" are suspended. in this case you would not be able to hunt public or private property. If the court order says "prohibited from purchasing a hunting license" then you would be able to hunt your own land. Since you are not required to purchase a license, if you meet the criteria in IC 14-22-11-1 then you would be able to hunt your own land. Without seeing the court order I can't say definitively one way or the other if it would be legal in your case.
