I live not far from the small town of Oakland City. Where Hwy57 and Hwy 64 intersect there is a gas station and a Denny's restaurant. For the last couple of months, a wild Tom has claimed this area as home. He has been known to roost on a billboard advertising sign next to the highway. He is there feeding, walking around the highways there I can't believe he hasn't been hit. He is so famous now he has his own Facebook page.I got dibs on a pop up blind come April although a blind would not be needed. Who knows what gets in their minds. Here in Terre Haute we had a pair that hung out at a local coffee shop for weeks. They walked around the parking lot, stood by the doors, and ran back and forth across a busy street.

Used to stop and get Grandy's chicken there after hunting and fishing trips. Haven't been to that particular spot for a while though.
