Well I have been pretty faithful at keeping my firearm purchases to one a year (use my mad money from mowing) BUT......ever since the movie Wind River came out I have been wanting a Marlin 1895 SBL 45-70 like the one Jeremy Renner used in the movie. Didn't buy one early on and the prices skyrocketed. I put my name on a list probably 2 year ago at the local gun shop and had all but given up hope. Low and behold they called and I was able to pick one up very reasonably. No I didn't really need it but buying these durn things is my vice I suppose. My neighbor just told me "you can never have too many"

I have enough that I don't "need" to buy any more. In fact I have a few in the safe that I haven't even shot yet even though I have ammo for them. (.416 Rem Mag, .458 Win Mag) and I still have to dial in the .22 Hornet that I changed to a K-Hornet. But I probably will add to the herd again this year at least once.

If you know how many guns that you have, you dont have enough….😉
I’ve got the gun list and serial numbers (insurance) in my computer, but I’ve never counted them.

I've sold off a lot over the years. I've always said they can be replaced. Now coming to regret those words a little. Lol. Not so easy now with a family and obligations, ammo crunch, etc.
I look at it as a solid investment for the future. At least thats my logic. They arent going down in value.

I’ve only sold one gun in my lifetime.
A S and W .22 handgun that I never liked.
I’ve passed on to the family a half dozen though.

I've sold a few, mostly because I bought them cheap TO sell. The one I regret selling is the Tommy gun. I sold it way too cheap to a buddy that kept bugging me and finally wore me down. $200 more than I gave for it and I only had a stick mag for it or maybe two stick mags. Semi-Auto not a real one. If it was, I'd have kept it.

Congrats on the new rifle. I hope it brings you years of enjoyment.
My goal for this year is to spend more time @ the range and in the field with the guns I own now.
Does that mean I won't buy something new? I don't plan to, but we all know how that goes...

My neighbor just told me "you can never have too many" Congrats on the new toy, Enjoy A bud at work is downsizing getting ready to retire, and has a long list of Items to choose from. So was obliged to help him reduce inventory, so I took 3 items from the list. 1. Ruger Mark 22/45 lite with 4 mags 2. Ruger 10/22 take down 3. H&K V-9 with 5 mags He has also has a Ruger 10/44 on his list that i'm interested in, but he already deep into my pockets

Hi I am Steve and I have a problem😁. I am heading down to Evansville From Ari Thursday to pick up a Marlin 336 Cowboy in 38-55. About as far from home as I can get and still be in Indiana. Hoping for decent weather but not holding my breath.

Thank you. Hoping for good weather.
I thought I was going to be taking my 1 y.o. grandaughter along. Turns out she does not need me to watch her. Brass and dies are on the way from DUCK CREEK SPORTING GOODS and bullets from another source. I already have powder and primers suitable for it too.
