Will lisenced individuals be 'allowed' to carry their personal protection handgun while waterfowl hunting as well???

I will say NO on this one, as federal law prohibits the possession of lead shot while waterfowl hunting. Leas shot as in any form of lead bullets. I will post an update if I heae otherwise.
