I turned 18 on Febuary 22 this year....can i still purchase a consolidated youth liscense? I read the regulation manual and it said that if u turned 18 during that year u may still purchase one. What r the exact regulations on this?

No. You can buy the license prior to turning 18 and then hunt on that license after you turn 18 for that license year. This year's license year began on April 1, 2006 and expire March 31, 2007. This means that you turned 18 during last year's license year and are no longer eligible for the youth license.
