Hokay, here goes.

#1, does the Rule Change allow me to carry a Pistol during ML season ? (other than my 12" .50 Buckhunter)

#2, I have a Custom Ruger Old Army C&B that fires a .490 Round Ball at 1250fps from a 6-3/4" Barrel. That's better energy than than a .357 with a bigger hole to boot. Current regs say that it illegal to carry it during ML season. Will it be legal to carry as a non-hunting sidearm with the new Handgun Rule Change?

#3, Is it likely that the above gun will ever be "legal"?

#4, Is there a maximum barrel length for a handgun? I can only find minimums in the IC.
