It is illegal to take the rack of a buck on the side of the road??

It is illegal to cut the antlers off of road killed deer, without a deer possession permit. Also, if you get a permit, your are to take all of the deer, not just the antlers! Contact your local CO, or sheriffs dept. for a permit.
