If you pull into your hunting area and there is a deer next to the driveway. Can you get out and shoot it?

As long as you do not shoot from the road, across the road or from the vehicle (moving or non-moving) you should be OK. There are special circumstances that may get you into trouble here. For example, if you see a deer running through the field and you hurriedly drive to put you into a better position for the shot and jump out of the truck and shoot at the deer, you are probably hunting by the aid of a motorized conveyance. Many what if's and buts will pop into your heads after reading this post. Best advice, use good common sense and if you have to think about it before you do it, you should probably not do it.
