I have a question that I was thinking of one day when driving home. Lets say that you are hunting a piece of property near a road or interstate. You shoot at the deer with a gun or bow and it runs into the road and gets hit by a car. Is the hunter responsible for the accident?

You cannot control where a deer runs off to after you attempt to legally take it.
