Is it legal to shoot a wounded buck if your buck tag is filled?

No. If the deer is so badly wounded that it needs to be put down then you should call your local CO or Sheriff's Dept. Otherwise let it be. You would be overbagging on antlered deer if you did this and your tag was already filled. If your tag was not previously filled, you would have to use your buck tag on this deer.
