Amish Deer Processors

I have noticed several Amish homesteads advertising Deer Processing. I was wondering if C.O.'s check them periodically. And do they need any specail permits or pass any health inspections from the State to process wild game?

Yes we periodically check our processors. Most process livestock as well and have to comply with state and federal guidelines by the BOAH, USDA and Health Dept.
