Would it be legal to hunt off one of these if you are sitting in the saddle? It's not a live horse. Just a toy to sit on and shoot from.

Why would you think it might be me? I make sure some thing is legal BEFORE I buy it to hunt with rather than lobbying to change the rules after the fact to suit myself.
I figured it might be you Woody since it looks more like politic'n than hunting. I figured the cowboy action shooters you were soliciting to make the hunting rules might want to use a few other things they are familiar with.
Can you shoot a cross bow off that?
