This is a complex deal, so bare with me please. I control a large tract of land in Ky. that is accessed by boat from the Indiana shore line. This past deer season, there were a boat load of Hoosier residents that trespassed on the property and killed several deer off of it. They were seen leaving the property by a witness and they excited the area by boat via the Indiana shore, same as they came in.
I had a Ky. CO check out the incident. We provided the names of two of the individuals and most of the info they needed. After a short investigation, it was determined that they did not have a KY. license or deer tag, BUT they did use the Telechek call in system to check in at least two deer. The KY. CO tells us he is powerless to arrest this guy or the accomplice because the county prosecutor doesn't think it's a serious violation enough to warrent a Federal marshall serving a warrent.
My question is there anything that Indiana might be able to do to help out here. this guy is a presistant trespasser and needs to be set back a bit. If he gets away with this, he'll repeat again.
Any help will be appreciated. thanks.

All I can say is that you may want to contact the ICO District Office in the vicinity of where they launched their boat, and ask them to have the local officer contact you. Give the ICO the information that you have, and see if they can do anything with it.
