I Know A Poacher!

I kow a guy that I have hunted with in the past. Untill I learned what type of hunter he is. He does all of these things.
1. Hunts with no deer tag.
2. Kill as many bucks as he can.
3. Uses he sons youth tag to tag all his deer.
4. Will tresspass anywhere.
5. Kills bucks, cuts the heads off and dumps the rest of the deer.
6. If he does have a tag and kills a buck, he tags it as an urban deer so he can kill another buck even if he didnt kill in an urban area.
7. Shines his head lights in the fields on his way home with his gun still loaded, just hoping to see one in the field so he can shoot it too.
*Even does this around his 12 year old son.
He even has the nerve to come to work with pictures of 3-4 bucks that he killed in one weekof vacation. I have heard that what he does is too hard to catch and prove. So can he be stopped or is it hopeless?

Sounds to me like you need to contact your local officer and relay this information to him/her. It must have taken quite some time to build this line of accusations, and sounds like he has been at it long enough that he openly spills this kind of information to hisco-workers. Too hard to prove and catch...sounds like this guy is getting sloppy. My question is why hasn't anyone spoken to the CO about this guy's behavior sooner? I would love to speak with you about it.
