Does the DNR realize the Asian (Silver) Carp are in this river as far North as Worthington? For that matter, does the DNR know these exotics are in the river at all? I had one literally jump in my boat as a friend and I were deer scouting a couple of weeks ago.  |

Yup, had one jump in my boat on the Wabash between Montezuma and Cayuga. Must have seen 50 or so jump in my wake, but only 1 made it aboard. They've been around for several years here in IN. It is illegal to release them after they are caught or after they jump into your boat.
