I was wading and fishing in a section of a creek this weekend and came across another person doing the same thing. He informed me that I can not go much further cause the land owner will run me off. He said that the land owner explained to him that he own both sides of the creek and has rights to run people off. Correct me if I am wrong, but if I am in the water wade fishing in a stream or river I am not tresppassing correct?
