Can I take 2 Bucks with a bow in Urban?

I have a lifetime license and I hunt in an Urban zone which allows for an extra buck. Am I correct that I could potentially take two bucks with archery equpment assuming I didn't take any with a gun? This has always been my belief but a post on another site make it sound to me like this wasn't the case.

Yes and no. You may take 2 antlered deer in the Urban zone, however, only one antlered deer may be taken in the urban season (Sept. 15 to Sept. 30). The other antlered deer must be taken after Oct. 1.
