I recently became a member of a year round hunting lease, its around 260 acres. I have paid my lease payment and my name is on the list at the company office that owns and leases the ground. My question is can I legally tag my deer killed on this property as a landowner tag? I keep getting different opinions on this question. Thanks

Bottom line......NO. You are not the owner, and you are not leasing the property for farming. There is a HUGE difference between farming the property and leasing the property as a hunting lease.
