Public land question...

Here is the scenario, you arrive at the area you taacked for a climber 1 hour before first light..... You set up and are nestled in your tree when someone else comes bumbling thorugh and sets up 60 yards from you... After the hunt the guy *****es you out saying he had a portable stand hanging there so that gives him the right to the area..... I cannot imagine this to be true, is public land first come first serve no matter what type of stand is standing?? Tthanks for the reply in advacne..

This is just one of those situations where everyone needs to get along and play nice. No violations here, just some issues that need to be worked out between hunter.
