The previous thread asked if a tag is needed to hunt your own property or not. The answer was you do not need a tag, but to use a transportation tag to the check in station. Are there acreage requirements to qualify for hunting without a tag on your own property, and does this change the number of bucks being able to be taken a year, i.e. 1 on your property without a tag and 1 elsewhere with an archery tag?

The ONLY exemption afforded to the landowner is for buying a license to hunt on their own property. ALL other laws, rules, BAG LIMITS, shooting hours, etc apply. THere is no minimum land acreage to hunt on your own property without a license.
