I just asked this question in the crossbow forum but I figured I would ask the powers to be that roam this area... I had a crossbow permit last year because of an anterior cervical fusion surgery I had on my neck.. It made pulling a bow back impossible.. It seems as if my neck is starting to act up again, well it really never stopped and I probably shouldnt have been pulling a bow back as long as I have been this year... My question is, is another statement from my neurologist needed or since you have my condition on file can I just submit another App for a crossbow permit?? Either way is fine just curious as to what I have to do.. Thanks..

I am unsure if the permits have an expiration date. I will assume that they do. If so, you will prolly need to submit another full-fledged application.
