landowner/ general deer question

If a person kills a deer on his land or parents land that he farms can the person use land owner tags for deer killed as long as the person doesn't go over the limits for his area. second is a button buck a antlered or antlerless. i've been told it's antlered but i've also been told it's antlerless.

A button buck is an antlerless deer. Antlered deer are deer with at least one antler that is over 3 inches in length.
The landowner, his spouse and children living with him, and the farmer of the property are exempt from buying licenses. All other rules and regs apply.
