I know of a situation where I hunt where a guy had already killed a buck this year and then last Sunday he went back out and killed another really big buck. He then had his father tag his buck for him. Can anything be done about this??

Call your local Conservation Officer or call TIP.. www.in.gov/dnr/lawenfor/TIP/index.htmlThe sooner that you do it the better chance there is of nailing the guy.

ABSOLUTELY!!!!! You need to contact your local CO immediately. This 'thief' just took another buck from you, me, the 14 year old kid on his first deer hunt, the guy that's been deer hunting for 20 years without a trophy buck and EVERYONE else that deer hunts. How else are these greedy, self-serving, poor excuse of a hunter gonna get caught?? This is a prime example of knowingly and intentionally taking an illegal deer. An honest mistake is one thing.......
