I own 80 acres of hills and trees. I been using doe tags from when you had to mail in for them. My question is 1. A friend of mine lives on the edge of town owns 5 acres, can he use a landowner tag? 2. another owns 4 acres off US 50 out of town. There land is not classified Ag. but they have 1 or 2 apple trees. could they use a land owner tag or a depredation tag?
3. The reason I ask there is no land size like it used to be 20 acres for doe tag. Now it say landowner. by this deff I could own 1/2 acre and plant a apple tree and tag landowner. PLease advise - Thanks

Unfortunately, there is no minimum acreage requirement.

Yes, they can use a landowner tag, but only to hunt and harvest on their OWN PROPERTY.
