Cat Tracks?

I have found several tracks in front of and around my chicken coop. At first I thought they were just a large stray cat. But after looking at the tracks and comparing them with our house cat, they are larger and it drags it's tail in a straight line like a turtle track. Do you have any ideas? By the way the chickens are staying in the coop till the issue gets resolved.

Set a trap or 2 and you might find out first hand! Sounds like maybe a large stray cat with a bum tail? There's only 1 reason the critter would be nosin' around your chicken coop and thats for a meal. Sounds like an attempt at depredation on your private property.
