You might not know this... but I am thinking you have a better chance since you deal with people with guns more often the regular police officers...
I am going to be getting a personal carry permit for Indiana.... I know that IN and TN honor each others permits... in 2 years I will moving back to TN... if I get a lifetime permit here.... will IN still honor that permit even if I move to TN... I plan to get a permit for Tn also once I move down there.... was just wondering if I would be better off getting a regular one here.

I do not matter of factly know the answer to your question unfortunately. If I were to guess, I would guess that it would still be a valid lieftime permit for IN after you moved unless there is a specific notation/requirement on the permit that requires you to be an IN resident for the permit to be valid.
