I recently had an inquiry from to men from Japan wanting to book a Smallie trip. I cannot find anything in the PRINTED regulations about international fisherman. They tried to purchase liscences online but could not do so because they did not possess s.s. numbers or d.l. numbers. Any suggestions? Kevin

They should have contacted DNR Customer Service at 317 232-4200. It can be done, but takes a special touch........wink/wink
