Is it legal for a youth to hunt on his families farm with their parent supervising without a license and no hunter education? Thanks for your time, Rosie

Yes. The hunter education requirement is needed for purchasing a license only. The son or daughter living with his/her parents are exempt from buying a hunting license while hunting on that property. Property owned by other family members (grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc.) will require a license to be purchased prior to hunting.
