buster Awile back honcho asked about felons hunting with muzzleloaders. IC 35-47-2-19 Sec. 19 States This chapter does not apply to any firearm not designed to use fixed cartidges or fixed ammunition, or any firearm made before January 1, 1899. Now I know that this chapter deals with handguns but, how is it that a felon can use a blackpowder handgun for whatever and then not be able to go hunting with a muzzleloader handgun or rifle ?
