3 cases and do I need a Tag to hunt from what I understand is no.

MY own ground 36 acres Adams County


My Moms 24 acres this is in the Forestry program and now that dad passed I am the care taker of this land but other than cash from this program this is no farming income or farming I spray and trim trees as need. Allen County

My Brother in-laws 17 acres 10 of it was existing woods 7 of it is also in this Forestry program Myself and my brother in-law take care of this mostly me as he does not own any equipment Allen County again.

Judging by what you have posted...unless your name is on the title/deed, you are only exempt on the property that YOU OWN. You ARE REQUIRED to hunt WITH a license on your Mom's and brother-in-law's property.
