I have a question about baiting in regards to food plots.
I see a lot of information about using food plots, but I wonder if it could be seen as a form of baiting. If a food plot consist of clover, alfalfa, beans, corn, etc., are these all legal even though they are not harvested (for agricultural use)?
I'm not trying to start a debate, I just want to understand the law.
Thanks very much for your time.

Food plots as you refer to are not considered baiting.
