Is it legal to carry salt blocks out in to HNF and bait deer and other wild life?
Does it only become illegal when you get caught hunting over it?
If this is the case then what about the other people who want to use the public hunting afforded by HNF to hunt? Can these poaching yahoos essentially screw me out of hunting public land by setting out salt blocks?
