Hello, I have a question regarding the state park deer reduction hunts. In the 2008-2009 hunting and trapping guide it says you must be a resident of Indiana to apply. On the online application it says you must be a resident or a lifetime license holder to apply. Can a non-resident that is a lifetime license holder apply for these hunts and will there be a problem showing up at the hunt location (if drawn) by having an out of state drivers license?
Question number 2 how does one go about obtaining a replacement lifetime license card, Mine is 21 years old and getting a bit raggity!
Thanks for the help in advance!

Sounds like it contradicts itself, ? I don't rightly know the answer to your question, but it sounds like only residents can apply with either a resident deer license or lifetime comp. hunting license.
