The property that I hunt in Ill. is owned by my friends dad, they went over to clear trails today and found that the land beside them had been logged and they came onto their land about 100 yards and cut about 75 trees. What do you think can be done about this? They have contacted a lawyer.

They need to immediately review the title or deed to the land and determine with 100% certainty that the loggers did harvest trees on their property. Then I would contact the logging company and ask for compensation. If this fails, they need to contact their local ICO.
