I hunt a small piece of land in southern Parke Co. for deer and turkey. I occasionally have problems with family members of the guy who owns the property east of the land I hunt disturbing us while we are hunting. I can only assume they are doing this because they were denied permission by the land owner to hunt the same land I hunt, and they were also turned down when they asked the land owner for a lease.
The 2008 spring turkey season has been the worst disturbance to date, I was calling in a bird for my 14yr old son when 2 of the family members from the property east of me stopped their vehicle on the side of the road and ran afield chasing the turkeys off, they remained parked on the side of the road till we exited the property we hunt and they drove away.
Deer season is not near as bad, but the profanity they fling out the window while driving down the road echoes plain and clear throughout the woods. What should I do to resolve this matter, I do not want to get the land owner of the property I hunt involved as they don't really want people hunting their land, I happen to work with the land owner and was granted permission in hopes me being there would keep tress-passers out.
