Ok, the parents have had a salt block for years. I do not use the salt block as bait or shoot anything near it considering it is 60 yards from their house.
What is the hunters distance away from this "baited area" that is considered legal to shoot game.

Up to the discretion of the officer as to wether or not the "baited area" was being hunted over.
