Took this nice female coyote Saturday 23th. Nice blonde. Took her to the taxidermist to have a full mount done.Should make a nice mount. Does anyone have pictures of different coyote mounts, not sure how to have it done yet/ anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Ridgerunner

Nice pics Lonnie. I'd call them almost red coyotes.....wouldn't you? Nice looking animals.

Nice job guys, beautiful beast and the best part is - their dead.
Coyote mounts have dual purposes - you can use them as decoys......

Turkey decoys have a dual purpose too tickman. My buddy and I have a few and we use them every year and have had some pretty exciting hunts using them. They take a beatin from the turkeys, pecking at them and floggin, spurrs etc. Yeah there's nothing like a mounted decoy fro realism. I don't like using decoys a whole lot for turkey, but there a time and place mostly in the fall they seem to work well. I'm anxious to get he coyote done so I can use him next year maybe....I have a flambeau coyote decoy.
